In a test using fictional records, a real AI model identified missing allergy-review documentation and created a draft task in the reviewer’s work queue. When the review was already documented, it created no task. The original clinical records were unchanged.
This demonstrates one documentation workflow. It does not mean every task in the software is AI-connected or that clinical decisions are automated.

Is our customer data safe with AI?
Names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, street addresses, Social Security and account numbers are removed before anything is sent to an AI service, and every request is logged so you can see exactly what was sent. The AI drafts; a person approves anything that goes out or costs money.
Do we have to replace our current software?
No. We add AI automation to the applications you already use - reading your e-mail and texts, preparing documents, updating your accounting. Your team keeps the systems it knows.
